¿Qué necesitas para alquilar?
For Spanish customers:
– National ID (DNI) and driving license: Class «A» motorcycle license for rental motorcycles and Class «B» for Can-Am Spyder models.
For international customers:
– Passport and driving license valid for driving in the EU.
Minimum age and conditions:
– Minimum 25 years old with 2 years of motorcycle riding experience and at least 4,000 km of experience.
– For Can-Am Spyder: Minimum 25 years old and 2 years of experience, with more than 4,000 km of driving experience in a car.
Payment methods:
– Bank transfer, credit card, or cash (€500 banknotes are not accepted).
– A credit card is required to block the security deposit.
– Reservations are confirmed with a first payment of 30% of the total amount. The remaining balance is paid upon vehicle pick-up.
Conditions:
– Rentals are for full days until 7:00 PM (19:00), the maximum time to return the motorcycle.
– Subject to availability, the vehicle can be picked up the afternoon before or returned the following morning.
– Travel within European Union countries is allowed. Consult conditions for the rest of Europe and Morocco.
– Cancellations or changes without penalty up to 15 days before the rental.
– Cancellations between 14 days and 72 hours before the start incur a cost of 20% of the rental; with less than 72 hours, 30%.
– All prices include 21% VAT.
– Touring motorcycles and Can-Am Spyders have crash bars, phone mounts, USB sockets, and luggage systems.
Mileage:
– 300 km daily included for rentals up to 6 days, and unlimited mileage from 7 days onwards.
– Additional kilometer: €0.30/km for 750-900 cc motorcycles and €0.40/km for motorcycles over 1,000 cc.
– Prepaid mileage packs with a 16% discount: 100 km for €25 (€0.25/km) for 500-850 cc motorcycles, and €35 (€0.35/km) for motorcycles over 1,100 cc.
Other services:
– Fully comprehensive insurance with a deductible, depending on the vehicle model.
– 24-hour roadside assistance.
– Free storage of your luggage or motorcycle at our facilities while you travel.
