In accordance with the provisions of Royal Decree 933/2021, of October 26, establishing the obligations of documentary registration and information for natural or legal persons contracting accommodation and motor vehicle rental activities, the collected data may be accessible to the police and public authorities in the performance of their respective competencies in the field of prevention, detection, and investigation of crime.

Finally, you authorize us to send the information necessary for the process of any incident/assistance covered by your insurance company and that it may require.
TREATMENTS AND USES

Without the requested data, the service cannot be performed.

Google Adwords
Adwords is a Google platform aimed at ADVERTISERS who want to advertise on GOOGLE. At Moto Map Travel, S.L. we use Google Adwords, Google’s advertising platform, which allows us to create campaigns and ads to show them on other web pages. When generating an ad, the public can be segmented by: Place, Demographic data (age, sex, etc.), Interests (activities, hobbies, etc.), What they buy on the internet and through other channels, Etc.

Data Processors outside the European Union
Moto Map Travel, S.L. uses encrypted storage services from Google Inc through Google Drive and also uses the email service provided by Google Inc. through Google Apps.
reCAPTCHA
We use the reCAPTCHA service of Google Inc. (Google) to protect the data sent through the forms on our users’ pages.
