Welcome to this exciting route on wheels through Morocco! For 10 days, we will embark on an unforgettable adventure that will begin in sunny Malaga and take us to the stunning dunes of Merzouga, before returning to our starting point. In total, we will travel approximately 2,300 kilometers over 7 stages full of diversity and beauty. On our route, you will have the possibility to choose to travel each section by asphalt or by challenging off-road paths, adapting the experience to your preferences and skills, allowing you to discover the rich culture, the impressive nature, and the changing landscapes of Morocco.

IFRANE

It is a charming city known for its alpine-style architecture and picturesque natural surroundings. Nicknamed ‘The Switzerland of Morocco’, Ifrane is famous for its European-style buildings, well-maintained parks, and impeccable cleanliness. Located in the Atlas Mountains, it is a popular destination in both winter and summer, offering activities such as skiing at nearby ski resorts and hiking in its mountainous surroundings.

MERZOUGA

In southeastern Morocco, it is known for being the gateway to the Sahara Desert and for its stunning sand dunes. Located near the border with Algeria, this small town attracts visitors from all over the world seeking the unique experience of spending the night in a Berber camp under the stars. The high dunes of Erg Chebbi are the main attraction, with breathtaking panoramic views of the desert. Merzouga is also known for its Berber hospitality and rich culture, where travelers can enjoy traditional music and delicious local cuisine in a unique and magical setting.

FEZ

One of Morocco’s imperial cities, it is a fascinating labyrinth of history, culture, and architecture. Known for its ancient medina, considered a UNESCO World Heritage site, Fez offers a journey through time via its narrow alleys filled with souks, mosques, and madrasas (religious schools). The famous University of Al-Qarawiyyin, founded in 859 AD, is the oldest in the world and is a center of Islamic and cultural knowledge. The city is also famous for its traditional crafts, including ceramics, leather, and textiles, which can be found in the colorful local markets.

MotoMap Travel rents high-quality motorcycling gear, including helmets, jackets, and gloves. For more information on our equipment rentals and prices, please contact us.

The law only requires the use of a helmet in all circumstances and gloves outside urban areas. But common sense suggests that you should wear more than the legal minimum, and proper gear including a jacket, gloves, pants, and boots is essential to minimize injuries in any accident. We always recommend using the appropriate gear for motorcycle touring, although sometimes, far from home, you might consider clothing that is not specifically designed for motorcycle use, but that fulfills minimum protective functions. The basic gear includes a jacket that protects against cold and abrasions, sports gloves, and tall boots.

Yes, but there is an additional cost. Within Barcelona, the fee is €30 for pick-up at a different location and another €30 for the return. For locations outside the city, please consult us for the additional cost.

You must be over 25 years old and have sufficient experience (more than 2 years holding a license valid for the motorcycle).
You must hold a driving license valid in Spain for riding motorcycles. Only the following are accepted as valid in Spain:
Licenses issued in accordance with current Spanish legislation.
Licenses issued by European Union member states.
International Driving Permits issued by third countries that are recognized in Spain.

Our motorcycles can be used in other European countries. It is a good idea to list the countries you plan to visit during your rental in the comments section of the booking form.
It is strictly prohibited to take our motorcycles to Morocco or outside of Europe.
Outside of Europe, there is no insurance coverage, and the client will be held responsible for all damages that may occur, as well as for the loss of income for Moto Map Travel for each day the motorcycle is unavailable to the company.

It is strictly prohibited to use Moto Map Travel motorcycles on race tracks and unpaved roads. There is no insurance coverage for off-road or circuit use, and you will be held responsible for the total cost of damages and loss of income for Moto Map Travel.

Rentals of 7 days or more include unlimited mileage.
For rentals of 1 to 6 days, 300 kilometers per day are included in the rental price. Any additional kilometers over the 300 km limit will be charged at €0.35 per kilometer.

Yes, you can change your rental dates for a fee, subject to the following conditions:
Dates can only be changed once.
The change must be made at least one business day before the rental start date, and the new dates must be specified at that time.
The new dates must be within the 12 months following the original rental start date.
THERE IS A SURCHARGE FOR THIS SERVICE. THE SURCHARGE IS 20% OF THE RENTAL PRICE OR €100, WHICHEVER IS HIGHER.

Of course! If you and your friend want to swap bikes to try out two different models, there is no problem. However, in the event of damage, the renter (contract holder) will be held responsible.

Of course! We offer free luggage storage. Any bags you do not wish to take on your motorcycle adventure can be left with us until your return.

On the day of pick-up, you will receive the documentation for the motorcycle. This includes the insurance document with the telephone numbers to call in the event of an accident, which are available 24 hours a day.

If you cancel your rental:
More than 30 days in advance: 50% of your deposit will be refunded.
Between 30 and 15 days before your rental: 50% of the total rental cost will be refunded.
15 days or less in advance: There will be no refund.
